In October this year Zuhal and Yusuf Polat made arrangements for a repeat visit to the Ali Bey Hotel in Turkey for the tennis members of David Lloyd Farnham, last year’s trip having been a resounding success.

About 40 members attended of which I was one of only two non-playing husbands. The arrangements were proceeding very smoothly until Thomas Cook Airlines, on which many of us were booked, suddenly ceased trading with the result that much of the planning up to that point was thrown into confusion. Notwithstanding that, Zuhal remained extremely calm and assisted several of the members with the re-booking of their flights with the result that we all made it on time to the Ali Bey Hotel. I feel that without Zuhal’s input several of us might have abandoned the trip.

I should point out at this stage that I am not a tennis player but my wife is and I wanted to go to Turkey to support her - I also knew personally most of the other members of the party so there was plenty of camaraderie. While the others played tennis during the day I was able to enjoy the many facilities of the hotel, including its bars, restaurants and pools, and I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. During the holiday many of our party seemed to have constant queries which needed attending to and with Zuhal on hand it was like having our personal tour manager with us - nothing was too much trouble for her. In the evenings Yusuf reserved for us a table which seated up to thirty or more every evening at the Beach restaurant and the service there was also exemplary.

All in all, everyone had a great time and Zuhal and Yusuf made it all the better for being there with us.

I have recently returned from my second Turkish tennis holiday with Polats Sport Organisations. Hosted once again by Zuhal and Yusuf at the same resort, the Ali Bey Club in Manavgat. I had wondered if it would be as good the second time around... it most certainly was!

The resort is very high quality - beautiful rooms, very well maintained gardens and spotlessly clean public areas; along with excellent and varied food at a choice of restaurants.

The tennis courts are very accessible and now have their own restaurant serving drinks and lunch.

Zuhal and Yusuf pride themselves on really looking after their guests, responding to any requests. They work very hard to ensure that everyone plays as much tennis as they’d like, ensuring a balance between social and more competitive matches.

Attention to detail is obvious down to the group T-shirts and towels, a tournament prize-giving and professional photography.

This was my first time going on a tennis holiday and I absolutely loved it!  Our hosts, Zuhal and Yusuf were absolutely tremendous. They worked so incredibly hard to look after us and ensure we had a great week and were always on hand to help with any problems.

The resort itself is situated right on the beach with an easy walk to the tennis courts. There is also plenty to do if you don’t want to spend every minute on court. The food buffet was always fresh and tasty with a large variety of options.  Our upgraded room was clean, pleasant and spacious. 

Overall a fun and successful week and I have already booked to go again next year!

I was recently very fortunate to be part of a tennis group who travelled to Turkey organised by Zuhal and Yusuf. To say that the holiday was a success would be a major understatement.

The destination was a superb choice with fantastic facilities, courts and accommodation.

The food was delicious and plentiful and served in a relaxing setting overlooking the pristine Mediterranean Sea. Zuhal and Yusuf were the most attentive hosts imaginable. Every request was dealt with in the most helpful manner and without any problem.

We all benefited greatly from their local knowledge of the area and their personal connection with the hotel. They are truly lovely couple who have a true gift for hospitality.

I have recently returned from the most fantastic tennis holiday at Ali Bey Club Manavgat in Turkey.

I was part of a large group made up of mainly players from my local tennis club. We booked our trip through PSO and are so fortunate to have chosen them to host our holiday. Yusuf and Zuhal of PSO arranged our holiday and took care of every last detail on our behalf.

The Ali Bey Club was everything we had hoped for and more!

The food, outstanding and plentiful.

The tennis facilities are simply huge and out of this world!

And on the top of this there is also a significant waterpark on site to help wind down after a tough session.

I was joined on our trip by my father in law who is a non-tennis player and he was equally as impressed with his time away. There is ample to do for any non-playing friends and family and would recommend any one hesitating whether or not to go as tennis is not their thing, to just go as you will not be disappointed.

Needless to say I have already booked up for next year trip and have decided to squeeze in a bit of golf also which of course PSO have arranged on my behalf.

As a new and inexperienced tennis player I was a bit apprehensive about joining the tennis holiday arranged by Zuhal and Yusuf at the Ali Bey last October. But I needn’t have worried. The tennis facilities at the Ali Bey are fantastic. But more importantly, Zuhal and Yusuf are such lovely people I felt at ease from the beginning.

They also have excellent organisational skills, arranging a programme of twice daily tennis sessions and a competitive tournament at the end of the week. I was matched with players at a similar level, so that we all got a good game and I didn’t feel out of my depth. Equally, there was flexibility in the programme to spend time away from tennis if you wished.

I cannot fault this holiday - it far exceeded my expectations and I will be returning this year.

As a non-tennis playing partner attending a tennis focused holiday, I was a little apprehensive about finding enough to occupy myself, however, I needn't have worried. the resort itself is fantastic and has more than enough to occupy anyone; from an extensive schedule of fitness and wellness classes (the morning outdoor yoga and pilates were particularly fun) if that's your thing, to an adult only quiet pool if you prefer to sit in the sun and read your book while someone brings you hourly coffees.

Our hosts Zuhal and Yusuf were amazing, they were a wealth of information about the area and what there was to do. They couldn't do enough to help and could always be relied upon to help organise any madcap expedition I had in mind. All in all, it was the perfect holiday for a couple where one partner is tennis mad. Upon returning home, we immediately booked up for next year.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ali Bey Resort in Antalya last October for a tennis holiday with a group of friends. The trip was organised by Yusuf and Zuhal who did the most incredible job. They both worked tirelessly before, during, and after the trip to ensure we all had the best possible experience.

From booking our transfers, accommodation, tennis tournaments, excursions and meals, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Yusuf and Zuhal, they are the most warm and lovely people and clearly very passionate about their business. I look forward to my next trip with them in October 2019!

Zuhal and Yusuf organised an unforgettable Tennis trip to Turkey for myself and a large group of friends. The hotel was perfect for our trip - by the sea and beach, with great rooms, well-kept courts and so much good food and wine! They were the most charming and capable hosts imaginable, running everything seamlessly and always with good grace and smiles. I am already looking forward to my next holiday with this lovely couple.

This holiday is specifically focused for the tennis player, the resort is one of the best I have been to, from the relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire resort to the restaurants and water park. Zuhal and Yusuf organised a large group for tennis for a week at the Antalya resort, Alibey Club Manavgat.

The tennis courts and teams – morning and afternoon sessions, the tables at the restaurant were carefully organised for our group and even an award ceremony. All everyone had to do was turn up play, eat and enjoy ourselves. Zuhal took us on tour of her home city –Antalya and reserved seats for an amazing lunch with Turkish kebab and mezes.

I would fully recommend a holiday with Zuhal and Yusuf and have already booked for this year.

We booked our annual tennis holiday with Polats Sport Organisations recently. The service we received was outstanding. Very efficient and professional. When we arrived at Antalya we were very pleased with the quick transfer to our beautiful and comfortable hotel – Ali Bey Club Manavgat.

The organisation of the tennis was perfect at the beginning/end of the day in cooler weather leaving plenty of time to also rest and enjoy all the facilities the hotel offered. The food was 5* with so much choice. Zuhal and Yusuf were always on hand to help and very knowledgeable. The occasional day trips were also very well organised.

Definitely booking again for next years’ tennis trip.

When it comes to personal service, enthusiasm and product knowledge they cannot be surpassed. Last year I was part of a large group of club tennis players to visit Ali Bey in Turkey. We were a mixed age group and playing level but everything was perfection.

Accommodation, tennis mix-ins, a tournament and local information all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Zuhal and her husband Yusuf to make our visit to their homeland extra special.

Obviously we have already booked our next visit with an even bigger group….don't delay!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Turkish tennis holiday, organised by Zuhal and Yusuf. They hosted our trip at the fantastic all inclusive resort where the facilities, rooms, food and coastline were all fabulous.

Zuhal and Yusuf co-ordinated the tennis programme of daily social tennis and a tournament later in the week with absolute precision but at the same time in a relaxed and fun way. No one had to worry about organising any games as they had that all covered, maximising the potential for playing tennis.

They were a delightful host on a first class tennis holiday. All credit to them that an even larger group is going this year. Thanks Zuhal and Yusuf.

I have been on one of Zuhal and Yusuf's tennis holidays recently which was fantastic. Great venue and location, with excellent facilities and lots of social activities. 

I was with a group of 45 people all there for the tennis and the fun, and we all had such a great time. Zuhal and Yusuf organised everything, with tennis twice day in our case and an internal tournament, and they worked hard to make it all go like clockwork, from the travel arrangements to ensuring that we all had a good time.

I have already booked for my next tennis trip with them later this year and would recommend them very highly.

The tennis holiday in October 2018 was very well organised and offered great value for money.  The venue was ideal with 60+ clay courts.  Yusuf & Zuhal are very knowledgeable and took care of everything - Transfers, table reservations, a tour of the old town, plus a tennis tournament on the final days.  Suffice to say, I have booked again for 2019.
